Watchmaker working at bench with precision tools
Services

Three services. Each matched to what a watch actually needs.

From a strap fitting to a full movement overhaul, we offer the service your watch requires — no more, no less.

Our Approach

Examined first. Agreed before we start.

No two watches arrive at the bench in the same condition. A watch that has been worn daily for six years needs different attention from one that has sat in a drawer for three. Before any service is agreed, we examine the movement and note its condition. This takes between fifteen and thirty minutes, and it's the step that determines whether the watch needs a simple regulation or a full overhaul.

We then discuss what we found with you, what we recommend, and what it will cost. You decide whether to proceed. If the conversation ends there and you decide to take the watch elsewhere, that's fine — no charge for the examination.

Examination

Movement and case inspected, condition noted, service recommendation formed.

Discussion

Findings and recommendation explained in plain terms. Cost agreed before any work starts.

Bench Work

Service carried out to the agreed scope. No additions without a separate conversation.

Handover

Written documentation provided at collection. Follow-up visit scheduled for regulation work.

Service 01

Strap & Bracelet Service

A bench appointment focused on how the watch sits on the wrist. We work with leather straps from a curated selection of suppliers, handle the removal and refit of spring bars, adjust metal bracelet links, and replace micro-adjustment pins where needed. The technician also cleans bracelet links, checks clasp tension, and replaces any worn pins or screws.

Suitable for owners who wear their watch daily and notice slack, stretch, or sharp edges on the bracelet. Appointments take roughly one to two hours and can be scheduled by phone.

What's included

  • Leather strap replacement from curated selection
  • Spring bar removal and correct refit
  • Metal bracelet link adjustment and sizing
  • Clasp tension check and worn hardware replacement
  • Bracelet link cleaning

Process steps

  1. 1 Initial inspection of strap, bracelet, and clasp condition
  2. 2 Strap or bracelet selection agreed with owner
  3. 3 Fitting, adjustment, and hardware check
  4. 4 Final wear test and handover

Duration

1 – 2 hours

Movement Regulation & Timing

A diagnostic and regulation session for watches that run consistently fast or slow. The technician places the watch on a timing machine, measures rate in multiple positions, checks amplitude and beat error, and adjusts the regulator accordingly. Where the cause of timing error is dirty oil or mechanical wear rather than regulation, this is identified and explained — with options outlined for a follow-up service.

A written timing report is provided at handover. The service includes a follow-up timing check after seven days at no further charge, to confirm performance after settling.

What's included

  • Multi-position timing machine measurement
  • Amplitude and beat error analysis
  • Regulator adjustment to optimise daily rate
  • Written timing report (pre- and post-adjustment)
  • Seven-day follow-up check at no additional charge

Process steps

  1. 1 Initial timing machine measurement in six positions
  2. 2 Cause of rate deviation assessed and discussed
  3. 3 Regulator adjusted; post-adjustment measurement taken
  4. 4 Written report prepared and handover agreed
  5. 5 Seven-day follow-up appointment scheduled

Duration

1 – 3 days

Comprehensive Movement Overhaul

A thorough overhaul for higher-grade mechanical movements, including chronographs and complications where parts are available. The movement is fully disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and inspected for wear. New mainspring and gaskets are fitted as standard. Each jewel and pivot receives the appropriate lubricant for its function. The movement is reassembled, the case and bracelet refreshed, and final timing completed.

A written timing report and a complete record of all parts replaced are provided at handover.

What's included

  • Full movement disassembly
  • Ultrasonic cleaning of all components
  • Wear inspection; worn parts noted
  • New mainspring and gaskets fitted as standard
  • Component-matched lubrication throughout
  • Case and bracelet refresh
  • Written timing report and parts record at handover

Process steps

  1. 1 Intake examination and service discussion
  2. 2 Full disassembly and component logging
  3. 3 Ultrasonic cleaning and wear inspection
  4. 4 Parts replacement, lubrication, and reassembly
  5. 5 Case and bracelet refresh
  6. 6 Final timing verification and written report prepared
  7. 7 Collection and handover with documentation

Workshop Standards

Applied across all services.

Secure Custody

Every watch in our care is tagged, logged, and stored securely. Access to the workshop is limited to staff only throughout the service period.

Precise Measurement

Rate, amplitude, and beat error are measured with a calibrated timing machine, not estimated. Results guide all regulation decisions.

Correct Lubrication

Lubricants are chosen per component type — escapement, gear train, and barrel — from a stock maintained at appropriate temperature and rotated to avoid degradation.

Written Documentation

Every service that involves movement work generates a written record. You leave with documentation, not just a verbal account of what was done.

Formal Training

The principal watchmaker trained in Switzerland and worked in European service centres before opening in Bangkok. That formation is present in every appointment.

Clear Communication

English and Thai spoken. Findings are explained before work starts. Unexpected issues are communicated before we proceed.
